Mark DuMez
Director

Mark directed The 39 Steps and Amadeus for Chemainus Theatre in 2011. Other favourites include A Christmas Carol, Strindberg's Easter, Anne, Mr. Pim Passes By and Pet The Fish. He has collaborated with companies including Theatre X, Pacific Theatre and TheatreOne in development of over a dozen new plays. Favourite acting credits include Mass Appeal, Enchanted April, Queen Milli of Galt and Streetcar Named Desire.



David Baughan
Stage Manager

Born in England, David is a theatre stage manager, lighting designer, author and photographer. Stage management credits in BC include numerous productions for TheatreOne (Nanaimo), Graffiti Theatre (Salt Spring Island) and Chemainus Theatre Festival. David is pleased to return here for his 26th production, where he will also stage manage Noises Off, Chickens and Wingfield this year. David's photographs are held in the Museé national d'art moderné collection in Paris.



Norma Bowen
Charlotte and Costume Designer

Norma Bowen is an artistic associate with the Chemainus Theatre Festival and has designed and performed in more than 40 productions with the company. Favourite productions include Private Lives, South Pacific, An Ideal Husband and Oklahoma. Norma is thrilled to be finally sharing the stage with Mr. Linds. Thanks again to Crystal and Mary for enduring the creative chaos. Norma is a graduate of Studio 58. Love, always to Mike.



Catherine Hahn
Set Designer

Catherine splits her time between making jewellery and continuing her 35 year career designing sets and costumes for the theatre. She has worked in film, television, dance, multi-media, advertising and event design primarily in Vancouver and the BC Interior. Her association with the Caravan Farm Theatre since the 70's helped develop the populist spectacle style for which they have achieved reknown. She recently moved to the Island and is pleased to be designing the set for this production of Harvest.



Rebekah Johnson
Lighting Designer

This is Rebekah's seventh show for Chemainus Theatre Festival, and it is always a pleasure to work so close to home. Past favourites include A Streetcar Named Desire and The Miracle Worker. Other recent credits include Midsummer Night's Dream for Kaleidoscope Theatre and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? for Blue Bridge Repertory. Rebekah is a member of The Associated Designers of Canada, and of IATSE Local 168. She lives here in the Cowichan Valley.



Brian Linds
Allan

Brian was last seen at Chemainus Theatre in Arsenic and Old Lace and Barefoot In the Park. Recent credits include Blithe Spirit, Fire, Death of A Salesman, As You Like It (Blue Bridge), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Urinetown, (Belfry), August: Osage County, Circle Mirror Transformation, The Patron Saint of Stanley Park, It's a Wonderful Life (Arts Club). Sound design for Chemainus Theatre includes Miracle Worker, Miracle on 34th Street, The Doll's House, Lost In Yonkers.



Paul Tedeschini
Sound Designer

Paul's most recent sound design credits include Circle Mirror Transformation (Arts Club Theatre) and Amadeus (Chemainus Theatre Festival). Previous Chemainus TheatreFestival productions include Steel Magnolias, The 39 Steps, Wilde Holiday Shorts, A Christmas Carol, The Sunshine Boys and Much Ado About Nothing. Upcoming works include Noises Off at Western Canada Theatre Company / Chemainus Theatre Festival and Fresco at The Cultch and The Shadbolt Centre.
